Australian Outback Evening Sky | The creator of this piece says: This necklace is a wonderful two strand necklace with a lobster claw clasp. One stand is 17" and the other is 19". I created a matching 3 strand bracelet and earrings to accompany this necklace.
| I used fire polished glass beads in the shapes of butterflies and circles with moon and stars, silver cast metal beads in various shapes and sizes, metallic rainbow seed beads and black glass beads.
In the Australian outback I would lie on the ground in near total darkness in the night and look up at the millions of stars and the milky way in complete awe. Those peaceful evening memories inspired me to create this set. It glitters like the night sky! |
About the Artist: Ann K. CurciolHi, my name is Ann. I am a highly energetic and creative person with a BFA degree and 20 years experience as a graphic designer and photographer. I also am a pilot and own and fly a 1947 antique classic Bonanza - that's where my username and website name came from. I call my design style "creative randomness" because I can't create repitious patterns, in fact I can rarely do or make the same thing twice - it always has to be different. I guarantee that each piece of jewelry is 100% original and unique. My inspiration comes from my many adventures around the world - in my airplane, scuba diving, hiking and exploring this magnificent world in every way possible. I like to work with natural materials, especially natural stone, and create pieces that remind me of my adventures in places that I have visited. If you take a look at my web site there is a story for every collection, from trips to the Australian outback, to romatic strolls down the carribean beaches at sunset. View Ann K.
