Blue Rain Necklace

The creator of this piece says: I've created this necklace using African cream disk trade beads, cream coral beads, and West African lost wax brass beads (basket shape). To add color to this piece I've added blue turquoise beads and antique gold Bali style spacers. Completing the necklace is a 22mm oxidized copper ring as the toggle clasp. This necklace measures approximately 22" in length.

I love shopping online for unique jewelry and was doing well with my finds. Then the time came when I was not able to find the creations that I like for the prices that I could afford. So in order to continue having beautiful jewelry, I decided to create the styles that I like. My new adventure started approximately a year ago. I used most of this time researching the technique of jewelry making and selling. I then gained enough confidence to share my creations with my co-workers. The excitement and purchases let me know that I was truly on to something.
