“Cloud of Fortune” or xiang yun, refers to beautiful, auspicious clouds, used especially in describing the skies accompanying appearances of Buddha.
I used 18 gauge sterling silver wire hammered flat to form a frame in the shape of a cloud. Swarovski crystals (3mm) in sapphire and light blue are threaded with sterling silver wires inside the cloud-shaped frame, dotted with gold colored cherry blossom and small gold beads. Pendant is strung on black silk cord necklace.
