Farewell, Gabriel Bracelet | The creator of this piece says: I've been experimenting with various styles of wirework. This bracelet is comprised of hand-coiled wire swirls, a handmade wire clasp, blue and red glass beads, and metal spacers. I made charms out of some of the red and blue beads, adding them to the wire swirl charms, and the result is a colorful mix of blue, red and silver. | There's a heartwarming story behind the title of this piece. Gabriel is the name of a bird I found suffering on my lawn one day. I tried to nurse him back to health, but after several days he died, and I quietly grieved for him. I named the piece for him. |
