Icy Desserts Polymer Clay Bracelet | The creator of this piece says: My inspiration being the summer season, I wanted to make something bright and colourful and there's nothing better than ice-creams, ice-lollies and lollipops to achieve that.
I made these beads completely from scratch using various different colours of polymer clay. I marbled the different colours together and rolled them into sausage shapes and then twisted the clay into the desired shape I wanted. |
I added detail at the end, i.e like scoring ridges, before I placed the beads in the oven to bake.
Once cool, I varnished the beads and attached them to a chain bracelet with eye pins. I added ribbon for an extra touch to close the bracelet.
The finished piece is exactly what I aimed for...perfect for summer! |
