About the Artist: April MummertI am an Interior Designer by trade, with a background in fine arts. I've been making jewelry for 2 years. I use natural stone, typically mixed with glass and metal. My love is using wire wrapping in my pieces and mixing different materials into the jewelry pieces. My design aesthetic is inspired by nature. I love mixing organic with geometric styles to create tension in a piece. I also am inspired by the fashion industry and watch it closely for changing trends.
