White And Green Coil | The creator of this piece says: I just purchased a coil gizmo, and went a little overboard creating coils. I knew I wanted to make a tiered or layer necklace, what I described to myself as a collar. I wanted each layer to more simple as the layers got smaller.
The coils are a pristine white, the large beads are silver and the beaded coils are pale green with a few blue and pink seed beads. |
About the Artist: Eryka GarbuttI retired three years ago, after making wedding dresses for daughter and daughter -in law I finally had some me time. Decoupage is my obsession, and I make earrings and pendants. Flame glass bead work is a close second. With a stash of beads the progression to making jewelry was obvious. What inspires me? Well it is that talking thing again. I look at some beads, or a colour combination and the designs just come into my head. I will look at images of jewelry, and might like how they put together a small corner, or colour combination and I am off on a tangent. View Eryka Garbutt's website at Eryka's Place.
